Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services
Important Notice
By booking or using CruisePDI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides professional PDI services which may include, but are not limited to: • Visual and operational inspection of vehicle exterior, interior, engine bay, undercarriage, and major mechanical systems. • Verification of VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and mileage. • Detection and reporting of visible defects or damages. • Test-driving (if agreed and permitted) to identify mechanical or operational issues. Note: PDI services are limited to visual and functional inspections only and do not replace a full mechanical diagnosis, repair, or manufacturer's warranty checks.
2. Waiting Charges
A 30-minute grace period is provided from your scheduled time. After that, a waiting charge of ₹100 will apply for every additional 30 minutes.
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and its location. • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to inspect. • Obtain any necessary permissions if the vehicle is on third-party property. • Disclose any known issues with the vehicle prior to inspection.
4. Limitations of Inspection
• Inspections are non-invasive: we do not dismantle, remove parts, or undertake repairs. • The inspection represents the vehicle's condition at the time of service only. • Accessories are not included in the inspection. • No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding future vehicle performance or the existence of hidden defects not discoverable through visual or functional inspection.
5. Fees and Payment
• Inspection fees are provided at the time of booking and are payable in full before or immediately upon completion of services. • Additional charges may apply for travel outside a [X] mile radius, additional vehicles, or special inspection requirements.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours prior to the scheduled inspection time to avoid a cancellation fee. • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, vehicle inaccessibility, or other circumstances beyond our control. • If a cancellation is made after the Company's agent/technician has arrived at the service location, the customer agrees to pay 50% of the total service cost.
7. Liability
• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from reliance on the inspection report, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. • Under no circumstances shall the Company's liability exceed the amount paid for the inspection services.
8. Confidentiality
Customer information and inspection reports are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without Customer consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
